Summary
The Senior Decision Support Analyst manages the cost accounting methodologies and associated profitability analysis of associated programs, ensures excellence in customer service and achievement of overall financial goals driven within the department, and implements strategies to reduce cost and improve quality of service.
Responsibilities
Provides enhanced system thinking for reconciliation, Service Line Development, and Ambulatory Consolidated Analysis. Develops, through collaborative ideas, an organized tactical plan to achieve both short and long term goals for the hospital. Demonstrates Fiscal Management via personal accountability and engagement of staff for all related projects. Provides leadership to Decision Support Analyst in managing the Cost Accounting System. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is Health Care Admin
- 4+ years of experience
Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
