SUMMARY: Under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Supervisor, the Systems Administrator works closely with the Systems Engineers to install, maintain and upgrade the organization's physical and virtual servers, software and other devices as required. Assists in the management of virtual and physical servers, desktops, and all associated hardware and software onsite and offsite. Manages network user access, accounts and file system, in accordance with role-based permission standards. Works as an escalation point and mentor for the IT Service Desk to help ensure quality customer service. Other duties include performance monitoring, backups and restores, high-level technical support and 24x7 on-call responsibilities, in addition to providing information and/or reporting data to management. EXPERIENCE: Minimum Three years of experience with Windows servers and Active Directory in physical and virtual environments. Two years managing medium Vmware, Exchange, and/or Citrix environments. Two years of experience in a healthcare facility or with a health care system. Microsoft Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint Administration experience is preferred. LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) , Data Platform, MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), Red Hat RHCSA Preferred: VCP (VMware Certified Professtional) EDUCATION: Preferred: Bachelors - Information Technology
