Responsible for the strategic direction for long-range planning of audiovisual-related technologies for BJC video/photography production department, AV service as well as related media for corporate communication projects and communications technology in support of organizational communication, marketing, education and consumer-oriented strategies and goals.

Role Purpose
Leads the development, design and production of internal and external communications and marketing materials in support of marketing and communications programs for the hospital, system or service organization as assigned by supervisor or Graphic Design Manager. Produces impactful media within brand guidelines. Possesses expert technical proficiency in operating the latest graphic design software and platforms.
Responsibilities
Updates clients, vendors, supervisor, and/or manager on status of all projects via departmental project management tool.
Consults communications and marketing personal on best use of time and hours. When applicable, recommends, selects and coordinates with third-party contractors and/or vendors to ensure production goals are achieved.
Upholds image and identity implementation and compliance in accordance with the system, hospital or service line's graphic/brand standards and requirements.
Leads in the production of innovative, effective, high-quality marketing and communications creative that promotes engagement and achieves business goals.
Provides leadership and insight on creative executions and offers up ideas to optimize project deliverables.
