The OB Director will manage OB department and report to the CNO. The OB Director will collaborate on strategic vision, develop department goals, benchmarking, policies and procedures. The Manager will have oversight of the OB department staffing, Quality and Performance Improvement and coordinate resources with other department leaders.
QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.
Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse in the State. BCLS and ACLS Certification- within. PALS Certification
Experience: Minimum three years' experience in all aspects of OB nursing. Minimum two years' supervisory experience preferred. OB experience p
