OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking an experience Medical Office Associate for AMG Epilepsy Center in Summit NJ at Overlook Medical Center.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
The MOA II wil greet patients, manage phones, schedule appointments, register and schedule patients in a practice management system
Collect co-pays, verify insurance, enter patient information into EMR, and maintain communication with other practices and departments.
Must be willing and able to travel to multiple locations, if needed.
- Previous Epilepsy experience a plus
QualificationsEducation:
- High School Diploma required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Two (2) to three (3) years administrative experience in a physician practice required
- (EPIC) EMR experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills essential
- previous Epilepsy experience a plus
