Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryThis role has primary responsibility of creating an overall culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation at the organization. Operationalizes culture through performance outcomes and ensures the necessary infrastructure and resources are aligned to meet outcomes. Leads high-leverage improvement projects, provides coaching and supervises the work and priorities for performance improvement facilitators.
