This is a developmental position, Sterile Processing Service Medical Supply Tech Transporter. This GS-5 grade level Medical Supply Tech (Sterile Processing) Transporter is a member of the nursing care team and assists Sterile Processing Service in the provision of Non-Critical reusable medical equipment reprocessing, receiving, distribution and maintenance of Non-Critical RME while maintaining aseptic technique and Infection Control Guidelines as determined by VAMHCS policy and VHA directive.
