Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for Mother Baby Unit/Maternity at Morristown Medical Center, to work from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including weekends and on-call as required by department.Responsibilities Responsible to provide patient care to low and high risk mothers and newborns and post Op GYN patients along side staff nurses.Responsible for leadership on the night shift, including all Annual Performance Evaluations, discipline as needed and work along side the manager to manage staffing, budgets etc.Qualifications Qualifications:Minimum Education:BSN requiredEducation:Masters degree preferredLicense/Certifications:New J
