SUMMARY: The Leave Management Specialist administers leave requests and accommodations ensuring compliance with the applicable federal, state, and local leave laws as well as short-term and long-term disability plans. The Leave Management Specialist works directly with employees to gather and advise on all required paperwork needed for continuous, reduced schedule and intermittent leaves, as well as entering the ADA interactive process.
