JOB SUMMARY:Serve as Harris Health System's main contact on patient right issues. Collaborates with staff to provide knowledge and understanding of patient rights issues and promotes overall compliance with complaint/grievance process to obtain resolution and maximize the patient experience, system-wide. Ensure that Harris Health System adheres to regulatory agencies standards that affect the rights of patients receiving mental health services. Partners with risk management to investigate alleged violations, collaborates with staff to resolve issues.
