JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst 3 provides research and analysis support to the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and Business Leaders. This position will act as a liaison between the external customer, Business Leaders and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity within the HRIS Platform, and ensures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are at or above standards while striving to improve quality and customer experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEServes as subject matter expert for SSC staff in decision making processes related to all HR operational disciplines.Serves as a liaison between IS, Business Leaders for HRIS platform updates, new configuration and business rule c
