JOB SUMMARYDir Corporate Communications is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the internal communications function for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), which may include stakeholder and situational analysis, message development and delivery, measurement and effectiveness, and other structured communication activities. Directs and manages the preparation of internal employee communications that build positive awareness regarding topics such as business performance, future direction, and organizational policies. Develops and implements tailored communications programs based on organizational and business needs. Ensures that complex, detailed information is translated and summarized into key messages and clear communication
