About the Role:
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the daily operations of the Talent Acquistion office. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute recruitment strategies through a team of Recruiters working with the Director to deliver elite talent at all levels. In addition, he/she will manage the daily operations of the team including coaching, training, problem solving, client and candidate communication, resource planning, and ensuring appropriate processes are in place. This role requires effective partnerships with NGHS leaders, external vendors, recruiters, and HR support staff to deliver the necessary talent to enable NGHS management to meet their business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and continuously improve recruiting metrics, reporting capabilities, the candidate and hiring manager experience, employer branding, marketing, programs & processes and systems/tools to position NGHS's recruiting operations as the benchmark in the healthcare industry.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Licensure or other certifications:
Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree.
Minimum Experience: Previous experience as a leader in Talent Acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding is required. Additionally an understanding of all selection methods/techniques as well the use of social media and job boards. A minimum of three (3) years previous recruiting experience and three (3) years previous experience providing leadership, mentoring, and professional development to members of a team.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
Work with Director to manage key recruiting projects to meet current and forecasted business needs.
Oversees the management of applicant tracking system's (WORKDAY) optimization and development to support recruiting efforts.
Organize and direct delivery efforts of recruiting team on a daily basis.
Manage contractual relationships with vendors and other independent consultants.
Continuous skills-building within recruiting team to enhance individual and team performance.
Works collaboratively with Director and Workforce Development Manager to develop specific workforce planning methodology for forecasting recruiting needs.
Determine, monitor and evaluate HR and recruiting KPI's
Lead and inspire high performance from a team of recruiting professionals.
Works in collaboration with Director to deliver a recruiting operating model that leverages best practices with robust processes, tools/systems, candidate development, and sourcing.
Drive system enhancements and automation/electronic capabilities to improve NHGS's exposure to candidates and internal operational excellence.
Cultivate, maintain, and enhance a working partnership with Administration, HR professionals, and Director/Managers to integrate into the business and facilitate workforce planning strategies, proactively managing the recruiting requirements of the business.
Develop and deploy recruiting best practices and implement a model of continuous improvement.
Drive creative improvements to recruitment process through available tools and automation.
Identify and implement appropriate recruiting measures that demonstrates progress and value to the organization.
Monitor compliance with employee-related legislation and internal policies and practices.
Partners with the Director to ensure expenses operates within allotted department budget.
