OverviewThe Supervisor of Clinical Administrators and the Capacity and Transfer Management center assists with managing the day-to-day operations of both departments, working collaboratively with the Manager to assist in supervision, coordination, education, and management of nursing personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient flow services and administrative nursing support throughout the system.
