JOB SUMMARYProvides basic database analytics and reporting services to clinicians and customers. Gathers data from multiple sources, examines data and creates metrics to drive clinical and operational performance improvement. Performs requirements definition, development, testing, research and ad-hoc reporting as requested. The 1115 Medicaid Waiver Directed Payment Program is the primary project to which this role is assigned.
