BJC HealthCare is seeking a PRN certified Outpatient Coder with experience in coding outpatient surgeries.
PRN employees are expected to pick up shifts on an as needed basis. We provide flexibility on shift times as well!

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
The Outpatient Coder III works independently to assign diagnosis, procedure codes and modifiers for Ambulatory Surgery encounters while adhering to all regulatory guidelines. At least one of the following certifications is required for this position: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CPC-A, CCA, or COC.
