JOB SUMMARYThe Recruiter 2 is accountable for delivering a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers within a specific business line. This position develops and maintain a pipeline of top talent, and works closely with business partners to create and drive an integrated recruitment strategy that will encompass all channels of talent.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEDrives specialized recruitment activities to address unique needs of searches and candidates experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting with a focus on sourcing, recruiting and pipeline development.Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and talent research.
