Associate Director - Post Award Financial Management
The Associate Director for Post-Award Financial Management will work with principal investigators and research administration to ensure regulatory compliance, oversee processes, and optimize operations. The responsibilities of the Associate Director include managing staff who are responsible for the post-award financial management of sponsored projects at Nemours. This includes but is not limited to sponsored research awards, subawards, clinical trials, and internal awards. This role will oversee staff assignments, workload assessments and overall workflow within OSP and build staff expertise within the respective operational areas.
