Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryUnder guidance and supervision investigates, resolves, documents and reports organization-specific patient and visitor compliments and concerns. Develops, implements and participates in customer service and patient relations initiatives related to Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Collaborates with members of the healthcare team, community resources, and with the patient/patient family to promote optimal outcomes for the patient across the continuum of care.
