EOEPosition Information:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the strategy and success of all Talent Acquisition processes surrounding the onboarding of candidates. Responsibilities include leading, training and auditing to meet the departmental goals. Understands the language of recruitment and employment and is an expert with: pre-hire clearance, I-9 verification, work flow, system feeds, data import/export, triggers, days-to-fill, vacancy rate, and updating and maintaining policies and procedures. Effectively manages large scope recruiting projects by developing solutions, working through implementation, and change management. Position offers a variety of responsibilities, and requires adaptability, organization, creativity, meeting time sensitive deadlines, critical thinking, constant process improvement, strong communication skills as well as an eye for detail.
Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Supervises team members (Recruiters and Onboarding Reps) and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team. Collaborates with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop recruitment plans based on labor needs, participates in internal and external job candidate selection, including screening, conducting interviews and onboarding.
Onboarding and Credential Coordination: Supervises and is an expert in the day-to-day operations of the department, including documentation, credentialing/licensure activities, pre-employment auditing and other onboarding processes for all pending new hires working with the Talent Acquisition department; frequently audits and provides timely feedback focusing on process improvement, reduction in documentation and keying errors.
Operations Management:
Supports the management of operations and ensures that activities are performed in a professional, organized, quality and customer-oriented manner; supports the development and implementation of assigned programs and services, ensuring programs and services meet the needs of patients and/or staff.
Recruitment Support:
Serves as the point of contact to assigned departments for all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from requisition creation to on-boarding daily.Experience Requirements:
5 Years Human Resources - Recruitment Required - And 2 Years Human Resources - Generalist Required - And 2 Years Management - Direct Area of Responsibility Required, Healthcare HR experience preferredEducation Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Or Human Resources Required - Or Related Field Required, Master's Degree in Related Area PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:
