BJC is hiring for a System Administrator - RCM. This position will be in our Behavioral Health working on maintenance and builds in myAvatar. Ideal candidate will have expereince in Behavioral Health.

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Uses analytical and quantitative methods to provide data analysis, reporting, issue tracking/management, status reporting/management and other analysis to support areas such as Clinical Adoption, Health Information Management, Revenue Management, Information Systems and Finance. Partners with leaders to develop strategies and monitor the progress. Leads and mentors junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Creates meaningful metrics for key system functionality, opportunities for improvement and innovation, user needs assessments, compliance, and other usage related processes.
- Uses SQL and other analytical technology to collect and manage data to provide in-depth analysis needed to support business operations to meet operational and strategic goals.
- Manages large projects impacting the enterprise/multiple business units.
- Provides assistance to other members of the department as necessary. Precepts and mentors new employees and performs other duties as assigned.
- Establishes and builds relationships with leaders to understand strategic goals and develop systems for tracking progress.
