This is a full time position that will require field time throughout the tristate area.
Key Functions:
- Develops short and long term business plans to drive sustainable growth across the geographic region.
- Works with sales team to maximize client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
- Mentors, coaches and motivates sales team to achieve maximum performance.
- Tracks, reports and analyzes sales activities and trends.
- Prepares and monitors sales forecasts.
- Keeps sales team, senior management and other designated staff members informed of key client activities.
- Serves as member of regional training team by developing and executing all aspects of training: technical, new product and sales skills.
- Ensures sales team's compliance with all relevant regulatory aspects of sales.
- Reports competitive intelligence to senior management on an ad hoc basis.
- Confers with customers and company officials to resolve complaints
- Effectively communicates (verbal and written) with Sunrise Medical Laboratories clients and Sunrise Medical Laboratories staff. Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner in compliance with all laws, regulations and SML policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills and ability to implement strategic plans. Strong written communication and public speaking skills. Strong organizational and detail implementation skills. Excellent coach, mentor and team player reputation. Technically sound understanding of clinical laboratory science and diagnostic testing.
Education, Licensure, Certification:
Bachelor's degree and relevant job experience to include sales, marketing and operations. Minimum 5 years experience in a sales position interacting with senior management.
Salary minimum to max is $120,000 to $150,000, exclusive of variable compensation. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
Sonic Healthcare USA, reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. Any difference between actual compensation and the posted range will be based on factors other than race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy) or national origin.
