The Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) Information Services (IS) Planning, Finance and Administration function encompasses oversight and management of the ServiceNow platform.

The Manager, ServiceNow Architecture is a leader on the retained BSWH ServiceNow team who is responsible for (1) Gaining and maintaining a sound understanding of the BSWH ServiceNow platform, (2) Documenting and maintaining the architectural layout of the BSWH ServiceNow platform, and (3) Evaluating development solutions to ensure designs align to best practices, allow for scalable solutions, and minimize risks while supporting business needs.

The role requires a person who must be a results-oriented, "take-charge" leader, with strong communications (written and spoken), leadership, negotiating, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

·       Proven record of excellence managing/partnering with solutions-driven Technical Teams (including Managed Service Providers), Business Stakeholders, and Senior Level Leaders.

·       Serves as the subject matter expert and trusted source of strategic guidance.

·       Maintains a sound understanding of the technical and business aspects of ServiceNow platform, development, architecture, interfaces, and applications.

·       Able to proactively identify dependencies and validate when Proof of Concept efforts are required.

·       Performs Architecture design and reviews as required, ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state. Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues, or other architectural concerns. 

Key attributes of a successful Manager, ServiceNow Architecture candidate includes:

        ServiceNow certification and working experience in at least two or more modules (ITSM, CSM, GRC, HR, SecOps).
