Christiana Care is looking for a full-time Sr. Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the SVP of Finance. The position will also assist the Chief Accounting Officer & VP of Treasury. In addition, this position provides administrative support for the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Investment Subcommittee of the Board.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Investment Subcommittee of the Board which includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting books utilizing the Board Effect platform, and completing minutes at the Committee meetings.
- Proficient in the Boardroom and MS Teams technologies to ensure meeting efficiency.
- Frequent contact with Board members and outside parties to coordinate schedules and meeting plans.
- Provides administrative support for the Accounting and Treasury Departments. This includes preparing credit applications for vendors, assisting with unclaimed property correspondence, processing invoices, coordinating signatures for bank and investment paperwork.
- Responds to e-mail requests promptly and courteously from both internal and external parties.
- Collaborates closely with the other executive assistants for seamless coverage and support for the Finance leadership.
Hours: Day - Hybrid position
Education and experience requirements:
Completion of a business college program in Business Administration, Office Administration, Liberal Arts, Human Services, or a related field.
Five years plus administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior level executive.
