Atlantic Health System is seeking Medical Group is seeking a Full Time Certified Medical Assistant to join the Pediatrics department in Morristown, NJ part of Atlantic Medical Group.

Rotating Saturdays

Occasional travel to practices in Scotch Plains and Florham Park.

Essential Functions:

• The Certified Medical Assistant, CMA will perform clinical as well as administrative functions i.e. managing patient flow, rooming of patients, vital signs, patient intake, assisting physicians as needed.

• Cleaning and re-stocking rooms, ordering supplies and maintaining exam rooms.

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) as well as registering and scheduling patients in practice management system and any other assignment requested by Practice Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate physicians schedule

Minimum Education:

• HS Diploma required

License/Certifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA required

Relevant Experience:

• Post externship MA experience preferred
• EMR (EPIC) experience is a plus
