Job DescriptionGeneral Summary
Plans and directs all Credit Union activities in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors. Ensures financial stability appropriate for the members, Credit Union, and employees' best interests. Acts as advisor and representative for Credit Union in a regulatory capacity.
Reporting Relationships
Reports directly to the Credit Union Board of Directors.

Qualifications- Associates degree in related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Five (5) years of previous branch management experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Previous branch leadership/management preferred.
- Proficient in writing and speech, reading, researching, analyzing, and logical thinking.
- Some credit union investment knowledge required.
- Excellent communication/problem-solving skills required.
- Previous experience using business office software such as Microsoft Office is required.
- Credit union accounting and regulatory knowledge required.
- Have ability to perform Notary Services.
- Must be considered Credit Worthy.
Working Conditions
Usually works in an office, adequately lit and reasonably clean. Will experience frequent interruptions. Minimal potential exposure to communicable disease/hazardous materials, necessitating Standard Precaution/safe handling practices. May travel to attend meetings, meet with regulator, trade associations, and other credit union officials. This position has been classified as low or no exposure risk and does not require the completion of an annual testing, but may require "just in time" testing if the need arises.
