Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Surgical Scheduler for the AMG NJTSA in Morristown, NJ

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Answer all questions, clearly explain process and requirements, track medical clearances and obtain authorizations.
• Assist practice team with answering phones, scheduling appointments, obtaining test authorizations when needed.
• Experience in the medical field and CMA/PCT background preferred

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma (GED equivalent) - College preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 2-3 years scheduling surgeries
