Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

Full Time (Monday to Friday, Flexible)

In this role you will:

• Oversee the workflow of the department
• Create metric reporting and ensure tasks are completed and metrics met
• Create an environment that facilitates open communication with team members and acts in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with team and department members
• Motivate and utilize staff effectively through fostering a positive, supportive work environment
• Provide input to the manager regarding employee performance for annual reviews and progressive discipline
• Assists in onboarding and training new staff members in the department
• Serve as a role model by promoting team work, demonstrating respect for each staff member and fostering a supportive work environment

All you need is:

• At least two years experience in Medical Billing
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong PC skills with proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• High School Diploma
• Medical Billing Certification Coding Certification, a plus

Salary minimum to max is $60,000 to $70,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
