Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Non-Clinical Education Specialist

Full Time / 40 Hours Per Week

The Non-clinical education specialist works with the clinical educators as an education team that reports directly to the Executive Director of Quality.  This position provides a variety of educational and staff development services including but not limited to orientation and ongoing competency.  As the primary administrator of the computer based learning system, Success Factors, this position serves as an organizational resource, content designer, instructional designer and educator. This highly visible position supports the staff development and competency needs for non-clinical positions working collaboratively across departments to assure standard education / training and competence.  This position also supports the Environment of Care and Emergency Management functions, leaders and committees for WRMC by documenting, facilitating and recording multiple regulatory functions including but not limited to Environment of Care Management Plans, Emergency Preparedness, Send Word Now, Hazmat training.
