JOB SUMMARY As a SharePoint Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions for internal customers to help them save time and improve their operations. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal customers to understand their business needs, designing solutions that align with their objectives and guiding them through the implementation process. You will also be responsible for helping maintain tenant level configurations to ensure optimal functionality and security. Your expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, combined with your ability to strategize and communicate effectively, will ensure the successful deployment of innovative solutions and a sustainable platform.
Note: This role can be a "remote" position, but we would prefer a candidate that lives within 2 hours of Nashville for occasional on-site events.
Proven experience as a SharePoint OnlineEngineer, Administrator, or Developer.
In-depth understanding of Power Automate, and Power Apps, including their capabilities and integration possibilities with other platforms inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem as well as with third party applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions that balance technical constraints with business requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in developing and documenting technical specifications, processdiagrams, and SOPs.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Prior large-scale file migration experience using AvePoint Fly, ShareGate, or similar tools.
Experience in managing and building an organizational Intranetin SharePointOnline.
Experience in a healthcare related environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Power Platform is a plus (PL-900, PL-200, PL-600)
Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
Translate client needs into comprehensive SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps solutions, taking into consideration best practices and platform capabilities.
Solution Design and Architecture:
Design scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps that address client requirements.
Create technical specifications, processdiagrams, and solution documentation to guide development and implementation.
Standard Operating Procedures:
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational staff to follow during solution implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide training and guidance to operational teams on these procedures to ensure consistent and effective solution management.
Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and roadmap changes for SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Assess the impact of platform changes on existing and future solutions, and proactively plan for adaptations.
Act as a subject matter expert for SharePoint providing guidance and mentorship to operational team members and clients.
Lead discussions on technical strategies, decisions, and approaches with internal and external stakeholders.
