Department OverviewThe Psychiatric and Psychological departments provide services on both the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses, with limited services at Woodwinds in Woodbury and Children's West in Minnetonka. Specific services include individual and family therapy, psychological assessment, neuropsychological assessment, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management (Available to children who are already patients of Children's mental health, pediatric, or subspecialty clinics.).
Position Summary**This position will oversee Minneapolis and St. Paul Psychiatric Services
Required:
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of support staff and RN staff up to 30 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 10-30% clinical care.
*BSN, RN
*MN Nursing License
*2-5 years of clinical nursing experience
*BLS Certification
Preferred:
*Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting
*Specialty experience, where applicable
*Leadership experience
