Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in Pennsylvania.
Minimum 3 years' experience in hospice, homecare, or long-term care, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of end-of-life care.
Basic ability to comprehend and manage all aspects of terminal care, ensuring patients' physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are prioritized.
Proficiency in electronic medical records, insurance portals, and Microsoft applications to maintain accurate data for patient and organizational records.
Ability in healthcare organizational management
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships with staff, patients and families alike.
Knowledgeable about most aspects of insurance, including benefits, eligibility, copays, deductibles, prior authorizations, diagnosis codes, with a proven ability to guide patients through the financial aspects of hospice care.
A strong commitment to working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the best possible care and support our community.
