The Manager is responsible and accountable for provision of comprehensive respiratory care throughout HealthAlliance Hospitals, including: Maintaining the department's strategic plan and fiscal/resource management; Facilitating quality patient care by continuing to update clinical knowledge base; Providing leadership, acting as a resource; Promoting clinical competence; Participating in attainment and development of qualified staff; Evaluate, assess, and treat patients, on a routine basis and as needed; Coordinating ongoing quality improvement.
