OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking full time Medical Office Associate position for AMG's Atlantic Hematology Oncology outpatient Office in Morristown, NJ.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions/Responsibilities:
- The MOA will manage phones, schedule appointments, register patients in a practice management system, follow up on forms, communicate with other departments, coordinate with other departments to arrange patient appointments, and other administrative tasks typical of a physician practice.
QualificationsMinimum Education:
- HS Diploma required
Minimum Experience:
- Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred
- Previous medical oncology experience desired
- Computer literacy essential
- Working knowledge of EPIC a plus
