Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full time Certified Medical Assistant for The AMG Thyroid Center at Overlook Medical Center.

Essential Functions:

• The CMA will perform clinical functions such as managing patient flow, rooming patients, taking vital signs, patient intake, assisting with office procedures, documenting in EMR, re-stocking and cleaning of exam rooms, ordering supplies, triaging patient phone calls, and other duties typical of a physician practice.

Education:

• High School Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• CMA certification through AAMA, AMT, AMCA, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA required
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate physician schedule a must
• Willingness to rotate to other physician practices as needed
• EMR experience desired (EPIC preferred)
