OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking Full time Certified Medical Assistant for AMG Endocrinology Pompton Plains.
No weekends
Monday through Friday, day hours
Our entry level CMA offers start at $21.10 / hour and increase based upon experience.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
- Certified Medical Assistant's with practice experience are needed to assist in triaging calls and prioritizing urgent appointments.
- A knowledge of physician practice workflows, appointment scheduling and triaging patient symptoms is essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
QualificationsEducation:
- High School Diploma or GED
License/Certifications:
- MA Certification through AAMA, AMCA, NRCMA, AMT, NCCT or NHA required
Relevant Experience:
- Post graduate CMA experience preferred. EPIC EMR experience is a plus
