Chief Information Security Officer will oversee and coordinate information security efforts for the organization and identify security initiatives and standards. Implement and support information security initiatives throughout the organization. Direct the compliance of all information security related policies and procedures and serve as an internal information security consultant to the organization. Leads the development and enforcement of information security policies, guidelines, and procedures. Performs periodic information security risk assessments.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, information systems or related degree
Preferred Education: Master's degree in computer science, math, information systems or related degree
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM)
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) Minimum
Experience Required: 15+ year experience in an Information Security with 8+ years in managerial roles.
Experience Preferred: 15-year experience in an Information Security role managing a team in Healthcare with knowledge of HIPAA and HiTech Act. Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record or similar electronic record systems.
Work Schedule:8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
