Position Description: Responsible for the daily operation of the facility Human Resource Department including, HR administration, employee/labor relations, recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits administration, performance management and related matters. Ensures excellent HR service to all levels of employees. Member of the senior leadership team providing HR leadership and expertise as employee advocate, change agent, and administrative expert on people and policy matters.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management.
- 5 - 10 years progressively responsible human resource management or related experience.
- Strong recruitment background preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws as they apply to HR management
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
