Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager-MMA provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role. The Clinic Manager goals will align closely with those of the Regional Manager-MMA while being the present and accountable leader to transform the vision and goals into action. This position requires competency in change management and performance improvement, while possessing basic knowledge for business, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations. This position requires the business acumen required to create business process improvement and program development for the clinic areas it oversees.Minimum Requirements:
4 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function
2 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity
