Job Summary
Works closely with the Vice President of Operations to support the daily needs of the organization from an operational, project management, strategic initiative and analytical capacity.. Responsible for facilitating activities, communication and support on behalf of the Vice President of Operations; serves in a secondary support capacity for Emergency Management and coordination of various activities in conjunction with the executive administration team. Supports in the development of Metrics, assessment of data analytics and project implementation. At the discretion of Senior Leadership, assumes responsibility in supporting process improvement planning and direction, best practice development. Presents, facilitates, and leads assigned process improvement events using methods of culture appropriate team building, data gathering and analysis, problem solving and project management. Provides operational assistance and resources to support Pavilion and System led projects and initiatives. Must be proficient in utilizing data analytic tools to analyze operational data and must have the ability to navigate Epic reporting; affectingly communicates recommendations to Sr. Management. Identifies as a professional who supports the Harris Health System Vision, Mission and Policy statements, and regulatory/professional standards. Supports the organization's journey to a Higher Reliability Organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: Masters Degree in Hospital Administration/ Business Administration required; with an emphasis on healthcare (preferred).
Work Experience: Five (5) years of work experience with hospital operations and analytics with a proven track record of metrics development, coaching and leading initiatives. Experiences with leading and supporting Performance Improvement initiatives. Expert in MS Office components including Word, Excel, Visio, Tableau, designing reports and developing executive level presentations. Experience with SharePoint and Epic required.
Management Experience: One (1) management experience of lead supervisory experience

Other Requirements: Healthcare Operations management, project management and Epic experience required. Experience with change management preferred.
