Responsibilities
- Drupal 8/9+ backend development
- Using Git for code management
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting of technical issues, and identifying appropriate solutions which consider the impact on a wider range of functionality
- Working with development teams to identify dependencies and implementation tasks to be performed
Minimum Qualifications
- Drupal 8/9+ experience, including module development with plugins, services, etc., as well as basic theme implementation
- Familiarity with Symfony services, dependency injection and Twig templates.
- Understanding of Git for code management
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting of technical issues, and identifying appropriate solutions which consider the impact on a wider range of functionality and overall usability
- Proficient in object-oriented PHP and other web-oriented technologies (classes, inheritance, traits)
- Proficient in basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Top level technical expert for multiple IT functional areas. Through application of a broad range of technical knowledge and skills including leadership, project management, and communication, position is responsible for delivering process and technical improvements which yield maximum service responsiveness, high quality information management tools and cost effective business solutions. Responsible for managing multiple complex projects and providing advanced technical guidance to sub-teams. Participates in budgeting and capital expense processes. Leads staff on a regular basis and may be the first line supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Works with management to design, develop and implement information technology strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Leads the evaluation of products and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Serves as a key resource in developing department-wide technical performance metrics and reporting methods.
- Anticipates potential technical problems in project plans and works with concerned parties to find solutions.
- Manages project budgeting and capital expenses.
