EOEPosition Information:
The Quality Manager is an integral part of the Population Health team and serves as the subject matter expert for organization wide value-based care quality programs for WakeMed Key Community Care (WKCC). Align strategy and planning of organizational initiatives related to quality including but not limited to CMS Stars, HEDIS, NCQA etc., as well as working knowledge of healthcare benefit plans including but not limited to commercial and Medicare Advantage. Responsibilities include planning and implementation of value-based reporting, physician reporting of clinical quality, process improvement, data management and analysis. Develop measures based on health plan contracts, national standards, and best practices. Monitor, trend, and utilize data to drive quality and cost improvement. Works collaboratively within WKCC, as well as with payers, physicians, and practice administration to ensure monitoring of performance on metrics, process improvement, and KPIs.Experience Requirements:
5 Years Population Health Management And Quality Improvement Required - And Accountable Care Organization PreferredEducation Required:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field Required - And Master's Degree PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:
