EOEPosition Information:
The Quality Improvement Specialist provides quality improvement consulting services for regional physicians and practices. Works with healthcare practices throughout the region to promote evidence-based care practices and meet contract and program objectives. Through educating and consulting with physicians and other patient care providers, the Quality Improvement Specialist supports quality initiatives and the achievement of objectives by education, data collection, data analysis, facilitation of efforts, evaluation of outcomes and other improvement methods. Interacts with a diverse group of individuals and agencies to assure that improvement efforts and results are communicated to satisfy program and contract obligations.Experience Requirements:
4 Years Related Position Experience With 2 Years Quality Improvement In Healthcare Required - And Healthcare - Ambulatory Care PreferredEducation Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Or Healthcare Or Related Field Required - And Master's Degree Nursing Or Healthcare PreferredLicensure/Certification Requirements:
Maintain Vehicle Operator Insurability Required - And Licensed Clinician PreferredHours of Work:
