The Physicians Enterprise Department is seeking a summer intern to support the Physician Compensation & Contracting team. This intern will be provided exposure to the contracting process, insight into physician compensation development, negotiation strategies, and Fair Market Value Analyses (FMVA). The intern's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting Clinical Leadership 'Audits'
• Gain understanding of physician leadership roles and functions
• Standardization of Job Descriptions
• Assist in developing flexible working arrangements for physicians
• Providing recommendations for scheduling, compensation structure, and creation of FMVAs

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
• Ideally pursing a Master's in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a similarly related field
• Foundational Knowledge of Healthcare
• Be in good academic standing
• US Citizen or permanent resident
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically Excel)
• Strong communication skills
• Must be a self-starter
