Construction Project Manager - Construction
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the management of assigned organizational projects or changes. Manages projects from original concept through final implementation and provides a single point of contact for these efforts. In conjunction with assigned leadership and the Director of Construction, manages and organizes enterprise-wide projects, including technology/system implementation, facility construction, and programs/service implementations. Ensures adherence to quality standards, Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, manages vendor/external agency integration and provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team.REQUIREMENTS: This position requires an Associate's degree with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum four (4) years progressively responsible construction experience is required. Minimum two (2) years HCAI experience preferred. Microsoft Project and AutoCAD/Revit experience preferred. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) certification is preferred.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position
PAY RANGE: $41.95 - $64.80
