Nemours is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team in Florida!
Essential Functions:
1 Compiles data and completes designated compensation surveys on an annual basis.
2. Researches and analyzes competitive market data, compensation practices and programs; consults with key customers to communicate results, recommendations, and program/policy development.
3.Performs daily compensation functions, including but not limited to, monitoring HRIS input, approval of payroll requests, updating of policy documentations and system administration.
4. Leads system administration activities for compensation including Harmony Oracle, Performance Management, Salary Administration and Market Pricing systems. Responsible for vendor management and system redesign projects.
5. Project lead for Salary Administration and Incentive Plan processes; provides both functional compensation and performance information and technical system support to system users and plan participants
6. Reviews job descriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriate format, and completeness.
7. Provides high level of expertise to internal and external customers regarding Compensation and Performance Management; delivers presentations to customer audiences.
8. Interprets and assists in development of enterprise-wide compensation policies and practices.
9. Conducts job analyses to ensure compliance with Federal and state wage and hour regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 5+ years of related experience required
- CCP Certifications or classes strongly preferred
- Incentive plan design and administrations, performance management system administration, and healthcare experience preferred.
