Position Summary:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for operational leadership and successful delivery of systemwide initiatives having significant complexity with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders. This position provides oversight to operations within the assigned department and supports the development and implementation of initiatives that promote company culture and strategic vision. The successful candidate ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools. The Operations Specialist delivers within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferredEducation/Licenses/Certifications:
Associate degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred, or ability to get within one year of hirePosition Type: Full-Time Regular
