Position Summary:
The System Clinic Trainer provides initial and ongoing coaching and on the job training to achieve optimal outcomes for retail clinics in the Puget Sound and Inland Northwest regions in clinical practice or front office. The incumbent participates in the development and delivery of content for the standard on-boarding pathway, creates and provides supplemental training or resources for identified needs. The incumbent also develops audit tools and monitors performance for operational or clinical leaders toward trending and continuous improvement. This requires the ability to adapt and flex to dynamic environments and to the needs of learners and operational performance and will apply plan, do, check and adjust education tools in collaboration with team members and management to ensure ongoing learning and improvement is possible.Minimum Requirements:
Three years combined experience in functional specialty and education/ precepting /training preferred, or a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years teaching experience preferred
5 years of appropriate experience in an administrative or management position of an acute care hospital or other appropriate health-related organization or program
One year of Occupational Medicine experience preferredEducation/Licenses/Certifications:
Current WA State MA-C or LPN license preferred for clinical trainers
Current WA State ARRT license preferred for x-ray trainers
Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
Must successfully complete MHS Epic credentialing program within 60 days of hire and maintain ongoing requirements
