Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager for Special Procedures in the Radiology department at Morristown Medical Center.

This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of CT and MRI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with Epic database to evaluate CT & MRI Data
• Coordinates the daily functions of CT & MRI
• This position is responsible for the oversight of revenue related tasks
• Performs administrative and Clinical Team Members annual reviews
• Performs administrative Team Member counseling
• Assist the Section Manager in the budget preparation process annually to establish goals for revenue growth
• Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental, and outside
  agency safety standards relevant to job performance for CT & MRI and ensures compliance of department and team
• Oversees administrative functions within section(s) and works with the Nursing Team along with department overseeing their clinical team to ensure efficient and collaborative daily operations within the department
• Works with section & department leadership to develop/review policies, procedures and protocols as needed
• Demonstrates knowledge of all imaging equipment and procedures

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiography required

License/Certifications:

• NJ State License and ARRT required
• Candidate skillset must include Advanced Imaging Certification, MRI & CT preferred
• Valid CPR certification required

Relevant Experience:

• 5 years experience in CT and/or MRI
• 1 year of expereince as a Lead in Advanced Imaging
