Position Summary

Seeking someone who excels in communication, working as a team and eager to learn. We have a Full Time-Day and Night shift available. Thursday & Friday off if Days and Wednesday & Thursday if Night. Weekend differential does apply to!

The position is responsible for receiving and dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls for security services, monitoring multiple alarms, and utilizing the PA system to make emergency announcements. The position requires simultaneous use of a computer-aided dispatch system, computerized phone system and digital radio base station.

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Preferred)
• 2+ years in dispatch center utilizing radio, PA systems, pagers and multi-line phones; dispatching in high pressure situations. (Preferred)
• Experience monitoring CCTV, fire alarm panels, and radio channels. (Preferred)
